Terms and Conditions
You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Charges
- More than 90 days before check-in: 10% cancellation fee
- Between 90 and 15 days before check-in: 50% cancellation fee
- Within 15 days of check-in: No refund, 100% forfeiture
- No-show: 100% advance amount forfeited
- Late arrival: Guests arriving after 6:00 PM must inform in advance, or the booking may be treated as a no-show
- Early departure: No refund for unused nights

- We at AgraOne - A Boutique Hotel by Dayal Lodge are committed to the privacy of everyone who accesses our website. It only collects personal data about the visitor/guest as needed to provide them with outstanding services, and to help process their requests or provide them with information.
Check-in, Check-out & Child Policy
Check-in & Check-out Timings
- Check-in: 1:00 PM onward
- Check-out: 11:00 AM sharp
Child Policy
- 0 to 5 years: Complimentary stay without extra bed or meal plan
- 6 to 12 years: Charged at child rates when sharing a room with parents
- 13 years and above: Charged as adults
- Floor Mattress: ₹650 per day
- Rollaway Cot: ₹850 per day
- 2 adults + 2 children below 12 years
(OR) - 2 adults + 1 extra adult with additional bedding
Early Check-in & Check-out Policy and Additional Charges
Early Check-in & Check-out Policy
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
- Guaranteed early check-in requires booking the previous night in advance
- Breakfast will not be available on the day of early check-in
- This policy overrides any conflicting information shown on booking websites
Early Check-in Charges
- Before 06:00 AM: 100% room charge for one night
- 06:00 AM to 07:00 AM: Rs. 499
- 07:00 AM to 08:00 AM: Rs. 399
- 08:00 AM to 09:00 AM: Rs. 299
- 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM: Rs. 199
- 11:00 AM onwards: Complimentary, subject to availability
Late Check-out Charges
- 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM: Rs. 199
- 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM: 50% of the room rate
- After 5:00 PM: 100% of the room rate

Cancellation Rules
- If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
- If cancellation is done between 5 - 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
- If no show, then the full amount will be charged.
